  • Our trip to Taman Negara Endau Rompin takes 3 days.
  • Day 1
  • Your tour starts from Kahang with a journey of about two hours to Kuala Jasin Chalet. Upon arrival, your guide takes you to the Park headquarters where you are registered and briefed on the park's procedures and regulations. You are then led through an informative Cultural and Natural Heritage educational display of the park's flora, fauna, indigenous crafts, Taman Herba (medicinal plant garden) and animal enclosure.

After dinner, your guide leads you on a fascinating night walk through the forest.

  • Day 2

After breakfast, you depart from the Kampung Peta jetty for a boat journey along the Endau River to the trekking staging point at Kuala Jasin, where your jungle trekking adventure begins. You will wade across two shallow river crossings and walk among lowland forest habitats to Kuala Marong. You will see massive buttress root systems supporting towering forest hard-woods together with many unique species of plant life, only found at Endau-Rompin. You will continue on to Upeh Guling to view the ancient volcanic rock formations that are millions of years old. After lunch at Kuala Marong, you will visit the bluetinted waters of Tasik Air Biru where you can relax, swim or fish, the choice is yours.

For the return journey to Kuala Jasin you can either trek or enjoy the forest scenery while padding a canoe down the Jasin River. You will then travel by longboat back to base camp at Kampung Peta.

  • Day 3

After breakfast at Kampung Peta, you can swim or canoe in the Endau River to experience the Orang Asli blow pipe demostration or explore the area around the Orang Asli settlement and the Park headquarters, the choice is on yours. You can also purchase handicrafts made by the skilled hands of local Orang Asli people.

Around mid-morning your tour finishes at Kampung Peta.
